Our Simple Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s our policy explained in simple terms.
Cancellations
- When can I cancel? You can cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped or produced.
- What if it has already shipped? Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Conditions for a Return:
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.
Important Note: We cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-made items, unless there is a clear quality issue with the product.
How to Make a Return:
- Contact Us: Email us at service@kindoclub.com to start the process.
- Please tell us the reason for your return.
- If the item is defective, including a photo or video will help speed things up.
- Wait for Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without our confirmation.
- Share Tracking Info: After you've shipped the item, please email us the tracking number.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the return is your choice (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
- If the return is our fault (e.g., the item is damaged or incorrect), we will cover the shipping cost for you.
- We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to:
- Return the original item you purchased.
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
- Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know.
- Timeline: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the money will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Haven't received your refund yet?
If your refund is late, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it can take a few days for a refund to officially post).
- Contact your bank.
